PROCEDURE:

To complete the application process, applicants must ensure that all necessary documentation is included and submit the corresponding fees. As part of the procedure, applicants are obligated to visit the country at least once. Those who are approved receive a one-year residence permit that can be renewed on an annual basis. Following a period of five years holding the residence status, applicants become eligible to apply for permanent residence in Montenegro.
