She is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission ( SFC 1, 4, and 9 ) in Hong Kong, and she is also licensed with the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong. Rita also advises and manages clients investment portfolios and various insurance products to match their wealth planning needs.

In the wealth management sector, Sabila has been pivotal in developing and commercializing innovative digital plus business models and expanding into new markets. A key focus is unlocking the $1 trillion untapped potential of women’s wealth.
In the development finance and insurance sector, she advances gender mobilization, financial inclusion/protection and WSME growth in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and emerging Europe. She advises on strategy, fs and non-fs solutions, digital distribution, skills, and ecosystem development.

Prior to founding Din Consultants, Sabila held key roles, including commercial director at ABN AMRO launching a pan-Asian retail bank. She also served as joint MD at JWT Dialog Hongkong – building businesses and brands for clients in Asia, and held senior positions at Streets Financial and IBM e-business in the UK. After leaving Morgan Stanley as their CFO in Saudi, for 14+ years he served as CIO for a sophisticated single-family office, based out of their Riyadh and Singapore offices. He was on the editorial board of the STEP Journal for 5+ years and is the former chairman of the STEP SIG on Business Families. He is a Certified SAFe®️ 5 Program Consultant and has over 13 years’ working experience spanning Finance, Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Financial Technology, Business Strategy & Growth.
Abayomi has worked closely with several institutional clients, such as state and corporate organizations, on capital market transactions, playing a significant role in coordinating and leading the finance team of several states and running bond transactions as the lead trustee.
He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) with distinction from the New York Institute of Technology, USA, and a BSc degree in Accounting from the University of Abuja. He is a member of two International honors society: Beta Gamma Sigma and the Financial Management Association International (FMA).

With more than 25 years of experience, Kieran is very well-known in the International Health Insurance market. In 2022 he joined SIP Medical Family Office as the UK General Manager and in order to set up the UK Entity for the Zurich and Swiss-based company. Kieran’s career is mainly on the insurer side and worked for Bupa, Cigna, and most recently Now Health International where he was General Manager UK and Europe.
Following Brexit, Kieran switched to become an intermediary consultant for SIP and used his experience to serve our Private and Commercial clients. Having experience as both an insurer and intermediary, Kieran offers a great deal of industry knowledge and experience which he is happy to share.
