Fiduciary Services Limited - Refund Policy
Kindy note that the refund is subject to a lot of factors. We will only be able to make refunds if:
- We have been settled with your payment.
- You give a valid reason for the request for refund.
Note further that all approved refund requests will be made through payment gateway subject to their return policy.
To request for a refund, please send an email to contact@fiduciaryservicesltd.com with the details and proof of your transaction as well as the reason for the refund request.
Account Debit Issues/ Transaction Errors
If your account was debited due to failed or abandoned transactions, we would not be liable to refund the transaction as the issue may be caused by your bank’s inability to process the transaction. You would have to contact your bank to refund you.
We will then follow up and respond as soon as possible.
