Warren Buffett has revised his will, deciding that his wealth will be managed by a new charitable trust overseen by his three children after his death, rather than continuing donations to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Buffett expressed confidence in his children’s values and their ability to manage his fortune. Previously, his estate was designated mainly for the Gates Foundation and four family-related charities. For now, he continues donations to these entities, recently converting 9,000 Class A shares of Berkshire Hathaway into over 13 million Class B shares, distributing a significant portion to the Gates Foundation and family charities.
